I have been tutoring from my home in Titusville, Florida, for 8 years. For the last several years, I have had a full schedule of both homeschoolers and after-school students, many of whom sign up year after year for help with math, reading, writing, test-prep, or flute-playing. In order to be able to help more students than I can personally meet with every week, I have initiated this Up With Learning website and am starting to affliate with the best online resources that I can offer as monitored distance learning programs.

We are currently looking into being able to provide very excellent on-line vocabulary and grammar programs. We would be able to increase the value of the programs by providing regular online monitoring of the students' progress, personal nudging or help when needed, and periodic progress reports to parents.
